Information Request Procedure
Public Information Applicants can submit requests to obtain Public Information with the following procedure:

Requests for information can be submitted by filling out an online form, downloading the Information Request Form or coming directly to the Public Information Service desk of our office.
To fill out the online form, please click the Fill Out Online Request button or click Download Information Request Form to download the form and complete it according to the information listed, then send it directly to the PPID address or via email address ppid@sig.id.
If you have any problems, please contact us through the contact number provided.
This form is only for submission of public information, if you want to submit questions/proposals/requests related to internships, supports, or job vacancies please send them to the email address info@sig.id
