The PPID SIG Public Information Service is carried out through the Public Information Service Room and/or online using an electronic form at:
Monday - Thursday : 09.00 - 14.00 WIB
Off : 12.00 - 13.00 WIB
Friday : 09.00 - 14.00 WIB
Off : 11.00 - 13.00 WIB

* Saturday, Sunday and National holidays there is no service
Biaya Layanan
All public information services at SIG are free of charge, except for information that has been charged according to relevant regulations. All costs of copying or recording incurred shall be borne by the Public Information Applicant.
