Through PT Kawasan Industri Gresik (KIG), one of SIG's subsidiaries that established a joint venture with Petrokimia Gresik, runs a business scope in the field of industrial land providers, factory buildings, warehousing, as well as business centers and property. The current area of operation is an industrial estate provider in Gresik & Tuban.

The Industrial Estate offered is complete with facilities and infrastructure, such as clean water treatment plants, wastewater treatment plants, drainage systems, electricity, gas, and reliable environmental security. As the manager of Gresik Industrial Estate (± 135 Ha) and Tuban Industrial Estate (± 200 Ha), KIG has been trusted as a provider of factory and warehouse locations by various industries including petrochemicals; gas, metal, steel and mineral processing: wood processing; seafood processing; food and beverage processing as well as for retail shops and distribution warehouses.
