Thang Long Cement Company (TLCC) is a leading cement producer in Vietnam. It has one main factory in Quang Ninh province and one milling station in Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park, Nha Be district, Ho Chi Minh City. TLCC operates an integrated cement plant with a capacity of 2.3 million tons/year.

Officially launched on December 18, 2008, Thang Long Cement has quickly become one of the most popular cement companies for consumers in Vietnam. On December 18, 2012, PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (SIG) officially became a strategic shareholder of TLCC with 70% ownership of the shares.
