SIG Ethical Standards

To ensure commitment to implementing quality governance according to best practices, SIG adopts the best standards in implementing governance, both applicable internationally and in Indonesia, including criteria and methodologies set by the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises, Service Authority Finance, and ASEAN Corporate Governance Standard. These standards regulate the role of the Board of Commissioners in carrying out its supervisory function, as well as the role of the Board of Directors in carrying out management functions. Likewise with the organs related to other governance which synergize with each other to make all of the Company's operational activities run in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
The SIG Ethical Standards are one of the standards for implementing governance that must be understood and signed by all SIG Personnel, both members of the Board of Commissioners, Directors, Members of the Board of Commissioners' Organs and every individual both employees stationed at the Head Office, Business Units/Units and Project.
Gratification Control and Anti-Bribery Management System (ISO 37001)

SIG received ISO 37001 certification in August 2020. The certification is valid for 3 years and a surveillance audit will be held annually to assess the performance and effectiveness of the implementation of the anti-bribery management system. Each department is required to have anti-bribery goals and make a Bribery Risk Assessment (BRA). This initiative can support the achievement of sustainable living at GIS, that is, with business activities that are free from acts of corruption, they can influence and have a positive impact on a clean ecosystem and work environment.
As the largest building materials solutions provider in the region, SIG is committed to conducting business in compliance with applicable laws and regulations on gratuities, bribery and corruption as well as in accordance with the highest ethical standards by:
