The Company has compiled a Gratification Control Guideline as a guide to the management of gratuity acceptance. granting. rejection and reporting in the company. The guidelines have been stipulated in the Decree of the Board of Directors and are always updated in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations
Various programs have been implemented to foster a culture of anti-gratification and bribery within the company and its subsidiaries. Among others, by disseminating information on gratification control. which is one part of the material in GCG internalization activities, printing banners, and gratuity control manuals, as well as other socializations conducted through intranets, internal media companies (newspapers and magazines) and national print media.
Board of Commissioners. Directors. Supporting Organs of the Board of Commissioners and all Employees of PT Semen Indonesia (Persero)Tbk.”(SMI Persons”) are PROHIBITED to receive gratuities (prizes of any kind), either directly or indirectly from Company stakeholders. including but not limited to celebrating Eid al-Fitr 1 Syawal 1437 H and other holidays.

In connection with rampant fraud and sponsorship offers / certain programs / activities on behalf of the Company and Directors. as well as fraud under the guise of employee recruitment. we urge the public to be careful of these fraudulent effort. The Company has never collected any fees in each stage of the recruitment selection and does not cooperate with any party to manage accommodation and transportation in the recruitment selection process.
